1.0 SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
All New Zealand online orders are dispatched from the LYTTELTON LIGHTS warehouse in Christchurch via New Zealand Couriers.
- All online orders within New Zealand are subject to a standard courier charge of NZD $5.
- Overnight shipping applies to all orders received on weekdays before 12:00pm.
- Orders received after 12:00pm will be couriered the following working day.
- For rural delivery within 3 - 5 working days after your order is placed.
- Some delivery delays may be caused by 3rd parties and are out of our control.
- Specific delivery instructions can be added at checkout
Lyttelton Lights do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of New Zealand. Please visit our Stockist page here.
We will deliver the products to the premises nominated by you in your order within a reasonable time of accepting your order. If we have specified a delivery date or time, we will try and deliver the products to you by that date or time. Time will not be of the essence. Lyttelton Lights Ltd will not be liable to you for late delivery. A late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or any part of any order, nor does it entitle you for a refund or partial refund.
If we have incorrectly addressed the delivery; we will replace, re-delivery or refund the product at our discretion. Lyttelton Lights Ltd does not take any such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the order.
Returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition (except for defective or faulty products, please see clause 5.0) with the packaging and the order confirmation included. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for processing and understand that we cannot refund packaging and postage unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
We do not accept any returns (including faulty products), nor will we refund any products purchased during one of our sample sales or any other sale (including sales advertised and marketed online and social media).
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

4.0 DAMAGED ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton or courier bag to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
5.0 FAULTY & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Each LYTTELTON LIGHTS candle is handmade from 100% natural soy wax. We pride ourselves in delivering you with a product of highest quality, however, small indifferences may occur.
Advice on candle care is available on our website, blog and on each packaging box. We encourage you to follow these instructions in order to get the most out of every candle.
Faulty or defective products may occur from time to time and it is entirely within the discretion of Lyttelton Lights Ltd to accept whether a product is “faulty” or “defective”.
We do not accept any returns, nor will we refund any products purchased during one of our sample sales.

6.0 ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us here.
